Cancellation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change unexpectedly at times. Cancellations will be handled as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled >7 days prior to your reservation. Minus a $25 administrative fee.

• 50% refund of your total ride cost if cancelled with at least 24-hour notice. Plus a $25 administrative fee.

• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are NOT eligible for a refund.
