Cancellation Policy
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand plans change unexpectedly at times. At Grand Traverse Rides, we will always do our best to work with you. If we are able to rebook any portion of your cancelled reservation, we will provide a refund for those specific hours, regardless of the time frames below. The holding fee is not refundable. Cancellations will be handled as follows:
60+ Days Notice: Refund of deposit minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.
14 - 60 Days Notice: Refund of deposit minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.
14 days notice: The deposit is forfeited in full.
Within 72 Hours: No refunds. The full reservation amount is due/retained.
As mentioned above, we will do our very best to replace your booking and refund as much of your deposit/payment as possible, minus the administrative fee.
