Cancellation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change unexpectedly at times. Cancellations will be handled as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled >7 days prior to your reservation (from the scheduled time of your ride).

• 50% refund of your total ride cost if cancelled with at least 24-hour notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are NOT eligible for a refund. 

  • If you need to reschedule due to a cancelled/delayed flight, please contact us, and we can transfer your deposit to your new ride time.
